Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SuaveHooks webhook capture and routing platform (the “Service”) at https://suavehooks.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SuaveHooks provides a hosted platform to capture, inspect, transform, and forward HTTP webhooks. Features may include endpoint management, request history, live tail, forwarding rules, API access, team collaboration, billing tiers, and related developer tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API keys and team members you invite. Notify us promptly at legal@suavehooks.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store or transmit illegal content
- Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the Service or other systems
- Abuse capture endpoints, exceed fair-use limits, or circumvent quotas or billing
- Configure forwards to attack third parties, send spam, or violate others’ rights
- Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a security risk.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of webhook payloads and related data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant SuaveHooks a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to operate the Service (including storage, display, forwarding, retention, and backups). You are responsible for having appropriate rights to capture and forward webhook data, including from third-party senders.
6. Plans, billing, and limits
Free and paid plans may include limits on endpoints, captured requests, retention, and features. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Forwarding, transforms, and third-party integrations depend on external systems outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuaveHooks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuaveHooks and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $100.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Customer Data may be deleted after applicable retention periods.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
